All members must abide by the Code of Conduct and uphold the aims and objectives of the Web Group.

It is a condition of membership that the company logo be displayed on all members’ websites. This should be in a prominent position on the home page with an active link back to the Web Group’s home page. It should also be displayed on members' printed material as soon as that is possible.

The terms of business given by all members to their clients must state that the client has the right to address complaints to the Complaints Committee of the Web Group. This right should also be in the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of members’ own websites. The contact details of the Web Group should also be provided.

Failure to abide by these rules could result in membership being suspended or withdrawn.
